Both RELT/RELF and RELT-SLP / RELF-SLP are direct acting pressure reducing valves. The RELT / RELF series is designed for low-pressure applications with a pressure range of 0.2–1.5 bar, while the RELT-SLP / RELF-SLP series targets ultra-low pressures with ranges of 0.03–0.15 kgf/cm² and 0.08–0.4 kgf/cm², providing highly sensitive and precise control for air and gas systems.
Z-Tide 1" Micro Pressure Type Direct Acting Pressure Reducing Valve (RELT-SLP) was installed on nitrogen lines to achieve ultra-low, stable outlet pressure. Its precise regulation and corrosion-resistant SS316 design ensured reliable operation and long-term durability for critical semiconductor processes.
They are commonly used in precise water distribution, irrigation systems, laboratory setups, or equipment requiring minimal outlet pressure.
Mount the pressure reducing valve horizontally with the shutoff valve closed. Set the adjusting stem fully counterclockwise to the minimum pressure. Gradually open the shutoff valve while monitoring the pressure gauge to ensure readings remain within safe limits. Then, turn the stem clockwise to achieve the target set pressure and secure the adjusting nut.
